Estate Management in Central London, W2
Central London Estate Management
This job was on an estate that we have managed for over 7 years, with around 200 trees and hedges, close to Marble Arch W2
Described as an “oasis in Central London”, St. George’s Fields is a gated low density housing concept designed for convenient city living. A unique community of 300 apartments is set in 2.5 acres of private tranquil woodland gardens which separate each of the early 70’s buildings. The unique Ziggurat pyramid style buildings incorporate five levels of large balconies each with hanging gardens.
St George’s Fields was a burial ground from 1763, and later used for archery, games and as allotments. The land was owned by St George’s Church in Hanover Square, which sold it to developers in 1967 who left a few tombstones, adding interesting character to the gardens.
